That is the challenge, discerning a lie from truth, fiction from reality, and moving from subjective to objective. What is true for you does not matter in the grand scheme of things if it does not matter and applies to everyone else. Subjective Truth does not matter if it is seen as nonbinding to everyone else. You cannot win a game—or at life—when everyone is playing by different rules.

Objective Truth is the truth that is binding and fixed. It applies to all peoples, societies, and cultures always. Examples of Objective truth are: murder is morally wrong, slavery is morally wrong, lying is wrong, etc. Subjective truth is fine, there is room for it until it collides with Objective Truth. At this moment, subjective truth must be abandoned and bow its knee to the timelessness of Objective Truth!
